Ferro Porte Steel & Glass M116
The M116 glazed door is characterised by slim steel profiles to give a modern contemporary look with heritage styling. The door features a central curved design consisting of 15mm face fixed steel beadings.
Door frames, stiles and rails are steel construction, 20-40mm x 40-50mm profiles, dependent on configuration and specification, with 15mm wide glazing beads.
Our FERRO PORTE Steel & Glass Internal Doors are available in a choice of door configurations, depending on the aesthetic and functional requirements, including Hinged, Pivot, Sliding, Pocket, Bi-Fold, together with a choice of fanlights, sidelights or fixed screens. Fire-rated options can also be specified.
Every Zakuna door set is made to order and engineered with complete precision. Doors are pre-hung in the factory for perfect alignment and closure with CNC engineering of fittings and ironmongery for high performance and easy operation.
Premium Features & Options
Strong and durable steel fabrication.
The glass panel is 6mm Clear Safety Toughened Glass as standard. We also offer a choice of glass options, including Fluted or Reeded Glass, Tinted, Smoked, Mirrored, Frosted or Sandblasted Motif Patterns, Laminated Glass (4+4mm) and Fire Rated Glass (7mm), Acoustic Glass (9.5mm).
Every hinged Zakuna door set includes flexible door seals for soft closure. Hinges can be visible, or concealed as an option (FD30).
Zakuna fire rated and non-fire rated Pocket Door Systems can also be specified.
Our modern LHFP1 Black Door Handles with silver latches, are fitted as standard, designed to blend seamlessly with our Ferro Porte Steel & Glass Doors. As an option, we also offer an extensive range of elegant door handles in various finishes, to create the look you desire. Our range of pull handles can be specified to suit our slimmest profile sections, sliding and/or pocket door configurations, or for a minimalistic look to any hinged door.
Latch boxes/back plates can be added to any door, for styling or to accommodate door lever handles with a rose, and/or a key or bathroom lock. These are generally 100mm width, according to the door design. Double doors requiring a lever handle on each door will also require lock boxes/back plates.
We powder coat our FERRO PORTE Steel & Glass Internal Doors in a range of standard RAL colours, in either a textured or matt finish. We also offer a standard range of painted and anodised colours in patinated, matt and gloss finishes, to create your perfect style.
Our door leaf sizes range between: 1960mm - 2400mm height, 610mm -1500mm width, with fixed screens up to 3000mm height. Please ask for more details: info@zakuna.co.uk

Fire Door Options
Zakuna doors can be manufactured with FD30 or FD60 cores. As well as smoke seals, thresholds and intumescent strips installed within the door where necessary. If you require a self-closer for FD30S and FD60S, our hidden hinges can be upgraded to have a hidden self-closing mechanism within the frame and door, with no visible difference to our standard hidden hinges.
Door leaf thickness for Fire Rated Doors are 45mm for FD30, 52mm for FD60.
Installation
Our Pre-hung Interior Door Sets are easy to install, reducing labour, time and cost on site, in comparison to tradition methods. Door leaves, frames, linings and architraves are unassembled and supplied loose for on-site assembly. Installation instructions, fittings and fixings are provided. Our recommended consumables can be supplied as an option. We also offer a full installation service.
From Design to Installation
We work closely with customers, interior designers, architects and contractors to provide a fully bespoke service. This includes consultation to determine the design and specification to suit your requirements and budget. Our aim is to make the entire process as simple and practical as possible, offering a site survey and solutions to the challenges presented by complex design issues, building regulations and installation systems. Our windows bear the CE mark and correspond with the highest standards for thermal efficiency, weathering, acoustic performance and security. Environmentally friendly materials are used in manufacturing including FCS certified timber and water based paints for finishing.
