Masterline 8 Aluminium Windows

Zakunas’ MasterLine 8 is an innovative Aluminium Window System - thermally-broken, multi-chambered, which offers superior levels of performance values for acoustics, thermal insulation, air and water tightness. Three different levels of insulation can be specified by integrating new and ‘smart’ materials, offering solutions for high insulation and low energy. A wide range of window styles can be made, inward or outward opening, designed to suit any type of luxury home or commercial building. The narrow frame and large pane combination maximises the amount of natural daylight, whilst making breathtaking views a new possibility. 

There is a choice of four design variants, each with its own distinct look and feel, so that every architectural style can be acheived.

Aluminium MasterLine 8 Windows can be made in a choice of configurations to suit your requirements: fixed sash, direct glazed, single sash fixed sash, multi sash, combination windows. Opening sashes can be specified as fixed, side hung or top hung. Different units can be combined to create more complex constructions such as curtain walling, screens, patios, bays and bows, to your exact specifications. Fire escape windows can be configured to match your design, and to comply with Fire Safety Regulations Part B1.

Aluminium MasterLine 8 Window can be made in a choice of window styles:

• Casement windows - side opening sashes with top opening fanlights

• Tilt and turn - a more modern style with larger sections that open inwards, or tilt in at the top

• Fixed light - direct glazed to maximise the area

• Sliding sash windows - traditional style with weights on cords or springs

• Fully reversible windows - ideal for apartments or flats, designed to be rotated, for easy cleaning from indoors

• Parallel opening windows - generally used as part of a curtain wall design with a ‘scissor hinge’

• Curtain walling - generally used for commercial properties or to create a double-height atrium or stairwell

Finishes & Options

Windows are fully factory finished using the highest quality ecological spray applied, water based, micro-porous finishing system. The external aluminium can be powder coated to any RAL colour of your choice. All of our paints and lacquers are environmentally friendly, ecologically clean and harmless to the environment.

We offer a choice of double and triple glazed units up to 58mm width, with different performance characteristics – energy saving, solar control, noise reduction, safety, fire resistance. A choice of glazing bar styles can enhance the design, either face fixed and/or set within the glass unit. Thermo spacers bars are available in a range of colours to match the wood finishes. Our range of modern obscure glass patterns will add a good level of privacy for any room.

Our modern handles are elegantly designed in a wide range of colour finishes with locking options. 

A choice of trickle vents, in frame or sash, glazed in vents, and acoustic vents can be specified to comply with building requirements.
