Celebrating 7 years in Design and Build, property refurbishment and interior design, PS4 create imaginatively designed, timeless homes throughout Devon. Whilst working closely with local architects and planning, 'The Cube' stands as a bespoke, contemporary and truly unique building within a conservation area. This property has 180 degree views over the River Dart which they maximised with extensive use of glass and wrap around balconies.

Challenger Staircase

The Zakuna Challenger staircase, designed with eye catching winders is the centre piece for this award winning extension, with its self supporting structure and glass balustrades creating a seamless flow across the two floor levels of the extension, with views enjoyed at every step.

The stylish ‘zig zag’ strings were finished in a bespoke RAL colour to blend in with the overall colour scheme. Modern glass balustrades were fitted to the external sides of the strings for clean lines and a contemporary feel. The hardwood treads were colour matched to the wooden flooring for continuity and cohesion within the interior design.

Following initial designs and site survey, the staircase was scheduled for production and expertly fitted by the Zakuna installation team during the construction process.
