Challenger Staircase, Designo G101 Grooved Doors, Ultimum Multilevel 523 Entrance Door

An intriguing renovation project has transformed this Sussex seaside property, with its modern interior design scheme of white with contrasting black detail. We are in the final stages of completing installation.

CHALLENGER STAIRCASE

Our Challenger Staircase was chosen for its contemporary styling and Zig Zag design. The steel strings are laser cut for precision fabrication, cleverly designed with the treads fixed neatly between the strings. The black steel strings are slim and subtle, creating a visually strong and dramatic effect, and contrasting with the Torino, Ash treads and closed risers.  

We have incorporated our shadow gap detail at the bottom edge of each closed riser which conceals the LED lighting, for a subtle, yet dramatic ambience.

A large box platform wraps around the bottom of the staircase, creating an interesting design and an inviting approach to the stairs.

The Zig-Zag effect is enhanced by the clean lines of the glass balustrades and concealed glass fixings.

A matching White Ash square handrail to the stairs and around the galleried landing completes the design.

DESIGNO GROOVED G101 DOORS & WALL CLADDING

A suite of G101, Designo Grooved Pre-hung Interior Door Sets in White Ash were installed throughout the property, featuring an eye-catching geometric pattern CNC machined into the surface of the door.

The bespoke 'hidden doors' are designed using our concealed door frame system. The 'floor to ceiling' Zakuna wall cladding incorporates the same CNC cut geometric pattern as the interior doors, for design cohesion, creating an uninterrupted harmonious flow throughout the interior.

Black LH5 handles and black concealed hinges add the perfect finishing touch to the design.

ULTIMUM MULTILEVEL 523 ENTRANCE DOOR

The 2m wide Ultimum Multilevel 523 Entrance Door with sidelights is exceptional. The imaginative combination of patterns, raised levels and intricate details is engineered to perfection and looks sophisticated and stylish. The Aluminium CarbonCore Contour profile was specified in FS 9005 to the exterior door leaf and frame with RAL 9016 White Matt to the interior.

Quadruple glazing to the door leaf is in Dark Grey with a black motif, which looks stunning. Sidelights are triple glazed in grey safety glass for optimum levels of thermal and soundproof insulation.

The Angular Bar Handle PA10 1800mm in Nero Labellux was chosen featuring the house name, with our Round Internal Door Handle P6022 in Nero for the interior.

A fingerprint scanner, scratch protection pad, 3 point locking, 2 massive hooks, with E strike and daylight function were also specified.
