A prominent design feature of this luxury property is the amount of glass and natural light that has been planned into all three floors. Zakuna Aluminium Clad Timber Casement 78 Window & Door System was specified for its unparalleled performance, excellent quality and durability. The attractive suite of bespoke windows, includes large triangle gable windows and external sliding door, which are a particular feature of this contemporary property.

The stylish profile design includes perfectly flush joints with no unsightly grooves to give a feeling of traditional elegance combined with modern day technology. The external aluminium profile is lightweight and strong giving protection against harmful environmental effects whilst also being very low maintenance. Colour finished internally and externally to RAL 7016.

Direct glazed frames from Zakuna Timber Casement 78 Window System were specified for the double height, interior fixed screens which create a stunning galleried landing feature whilst providing plenty of natural light around the stair well. Colour finished to RAL 7016, they perfectly match the Aluminium Clad Timber Windows.

Zakuna Wayfarer staircase was chosen, and designed to continue the bold styling of the aluminium frames with a contemporary feel. The two flights of stairs wind up around the glazed galleried landings to create a stunning centrepiece.

The staircase itself, has black finished steel strings to the sides, and strong angular lines with the treads fixed neatly between the strings. Treads are 40mm Oak with a stepped nose, perfectly colour matched to the owner's flooring.

Glass balustrades are neatly sandwiched between the double strings with hidden fixings for clean lines and a minimalist look.

Steel strings are colour finished to RAL 7016 to match the windows and doors.

Matching round Oak handrails complete the design.

A suite of Designo Grooved G102 Interior Pre-Hung Door Sets and sliding doors were chosen to add to the contemporary styling. This door design features 2 vertical "V" grooves that are 5mm wide, colour finished in a light grey with stainless steel handles, to complement the interior design.
